Orders and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver next day but please allow 48 hours.  See more details – click here

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, click here to see international shipping rates.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes we are a UK business, registered to collect VAT on behalf of HMRC

What types of payment do you accept?

Credit/Debit card, bank transfer and Paypal.  If you are ordering and using bank transfer please allow additional delivery time.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes but it’s only £15 (Nett of VAT).  Orders over £50 receive free UK delivery.

How secure is the website?

It’s secure! We operate 256-Bit Encrypted SSL in the
browser to ensure any personal information you submit is safe.

Can I request I see or you remove my data?

Do you have server protection?

Other security measures include Ddos, Phishing, Syphoning protection and our content is cached globally via secure CDN (Cloudflare.com)

Can I see the progress of my orders?

Which courier do you use?

The nature of our products are they are
mostly small enough to be envoloped.  We rely on the Royal Mail for UK
and  international deliveries. 

Our customers often comment on
the speediness of delivery and we request a signature to ensure safe arrival.

Can you source Gems not listed?
