Cancellations & Returns
Your Precious Gems ships within 48 hours of order (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) but cancellations before shipping will be immediately fully refunded. Please contact us by email Sales@yourpreciousgems.com to request cancellation or if you wish to speak to Richard Dover.
If shipment has occurred, the customer has 21 days from date of order to return the item for any reason whatsoever. Please contact us first, then package the item securely in a padded envelope or the box it arrived in and return it by post. Please include full name, address, telephone number and item number.A refund or exchange (if desired) will be issued on receipt. The customer is responsible for return postage except in the case of damaged or wrong item being sent.
PLEASE KEEP A POST OFFICE RECEIPT!
If the post office should manage to lose the item, you will need a receipt to prove posting and to make a claim as they require the sender to file claims for lost items. If the item is in excess of £30 in value, please send by recorded post. Please make sure to use the correct return postage service and to attach enough stamps to the parcel. We recommend taking it to your local post office to ensure you have paid the correct postage for the size and weight of the parcel (insufficient postage can result in delays and a fine from Royal Mail). Terms and Conditions for returning Bespoke cut gemstones: Any items made to order are exempt from the usual terms and conditions for returns and can only be refunded on a case by case basis.
